This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between you (the “Customer”), and Sentieon, Inc. governing your use of Sentieon’s software (the “Software”).
- Customers shall not (i) copy the Software, or any portion thereof, (ii) reverse-compile or decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the Software, or (iii) publish performance benchmark results without Sentieon’s prior approval.
- Sentieon shall retain all right, title and interest to the Software, and all copies thereof, and no title to the Software shall be transferred to you or any other third party.
- The Software is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose. Sentieon does not guarantee that the Sentieon Software will be error-free or operate without interruption.
- Sentieon assumes no liability for the use of the Software.
- Use of Data. Customer agrees that Sentieon will collect non-confidential usage information for the purpose of product improvement, to facilitate the provision of Software updates and product support, for accounting purposes and for other services to Customer related to the Sentieon Software. Such information includes: Customer’s system and CPU model and features, OS version, Sentieon Software version and usage statistics such as program runtime, CPU and memory usage, input and output file statistics, etc. No user-data is collected.
